Lazer initially contacted us with a request around the launch of their Tour de France licensed helmets in 2022. While they were looking for content ideas for the activation of the launch, we first suggested some strategic work to define customer targets and key communication channels before working on the activation. We delivered documentation highlighting targets, key channels and examples of activation plan. These documents were sent out by Lazer to their distributors, with different plans according to different budget availabilities and objectives.
Since then, Lazer has been contacting us regularly when they have similar needs, and we have created similar documentation for other customer targets and key launches. Most recently, we took care of the targeting for the launch of their new range of urban helmets.
